So finally, I had my RT-PCR (swab) test yesterday at the Joni Villanueva Molecular Diagnostic Laboratory. The swabbing area is located at Guiguinto, Bulacan which can be conveniently accessed thru the Balagtas Bypass Road. Upon arrival I was briefly interviewed and was given a document to be filled up.
After paying Php3,500.00 I was asked to proceed to window number 3. A kind young lady administered the test. After getting specimens from my mouth and nostrils, I was told to just wait for the result in my email. The swab test was uncomfortable but not painful.
And today, just this afternoon, I got the result and I almost cried….
I am negative for COVID-19. SARS-Cov-2 is not detected! Hallelujah!
Thank you LORD for this blessing, for Your protection, for covering me with Your precious blood! I love you Jesus!
Ang isa pang reason why na-enjoy ko ang prejudicature program/seminar sa Cebu City ay dahil sa masarap na food na sinerve sa amin ng Hotel Elizabeth. Well, hindi ito yung typical na sosyal na hotel food pero masarap at nakakabusog! 🙂

Yesterday, I tried ordering from Jollibee using their mobile app and it was a BIG mistake! Na-imbyerna ang beauty ko!
As much as possible kasi ayoko talagang lumabas dahil sa pandemya. And since I am craving for palabok and amazing aloha burger, nag-order ako sa Jollibee using their mobile app. Maayos naman sa umpisa pero nagulat ako na after kong mag-check out ay nag-reflect sa app na ang order ko ay idedeliver ng isang branch nila located at the City next to our town. Hala! Ang layo! Nakakaloka lang kasi may dalawang Jollibee stores naman malapit sa akin bakit yung sa next City ang magdedeliver?
I tried sending a message doon sa store thru the mobile app pero walang feedback. I tried calling also yung number ng store pero wala namang sumasagot sa call. I was about to cancel the order thru the app when I received a call (4:33 in the afternoon) from the store na dapat magdedeliver ng order ko. The girl on the other line told me na hindi daw nila ma-pa-process ang order ko due to distance so I told her na nagtataka nga ako na bakit sa kanila manggagaling ang order when there’s a branch na a few minutes away lang sa amin. She said she will make an indorsement para yung store nearest to our place ang magdeliver ng order. She said she will call me again for an update. Dahil sa mukhang may possibility na ma-deliver naman ang order ko because of that call, I decided na huwag nang mag-cancel ng order.
She then called at around 5:52 in the afternoon and asked me kung nadeliver na daw ba ang order ko. Syempre I told her na walang nadeliver at wala ring feedback. Walang tumawag sa akin at nag-update kung ano ang nangyari sa order ko. She said she will do a follow up. Inis na ang beauty ko that time.
At around 6:00 in the evening, I received a text,
Syempre nairita ang beauty ko. Ni walang explanation bakit hindi nadeliver. At pinaghintay ako hanggang 6pm para lang sabihin na hindi mapa-process ang order ko. Alas-kwatro nang hapon ako nag-order!!!! Kahit system generated daw ang text at wag magreply nagtext pa rin ako na magrereklamo ako sa Jollibee Customer Service. Nagtext din ako dun sa number na ginamit ni girlaloo na tumawag sa akin para sabihin na hindi nadeliver ang order ko at magrereklamo ako. Aba super call ang girlaloo pero hindi naman niya ma-explain why hindi na-process ang order ko. Sinisi pa ang app at marami na nga daw nagrereklamo tungkol doon. When I asked her kung na-indorse ba talaga ang order ko sa store na malapit sa akin, sabi niya ay na-endorse naman daw niya. She’s sort of pinipigilan pa ang beauty ko kesyo siya na lang daw ang magpaparating sa Jollibee regarding sa problem sa delivery app. Ay naku hindi pwede sabi ko talagang mag-e-email ako sa Jollibee para maipaalam sa kanila itong nakakainis kong experience using the delivery app.

Ano ba nangyari sa order ko at na-cancel? At bakit kailangan kong maghintay ng almost two (2) hours bago ko nalaman. I demand some answers Jollibee. For now, wala na akong planong mag-order at magpa-deliver sa Jollibee especially using the delivery app. Nakakainis. Na-feel bad talaga ang beauty ko.
Hay naku Jollibee HINDI BUMIDA ANG SAYA sa delivery app mo. Super ek ek ek ang serbisyo! Pandemic pa naman so nakadagdag pa ito sa stress ko ha. Kalowkah!
