Last April 6 gumora ang beauty ko sa Toyota Marilao for Avie’s 75k km PMS.
Actually matagal na akong hindi nagpapa PMS sa kanila after my ek ek ek experience last year. Kaya lang this time may pupuntahan ako after the PMS na malapit sa Marilao kaya yun kahit medyo may konting distrust pa rin tinuloy ko ang check up ni Avie sa kanila

My appointment was 10am pero 9am palang yata nandun n ko. As usual may nag-aalok ng coffee iced tea at champorado. For this visit I was assisted by a service advisor named Kelvin.
I waited for almost 2 hours at buti na lang comfortable naman mag stay sa lounge nila.
Nag lunch ako sa canteen sa 2/f and okey naman yung food. (Pero mas masarap pa rin yung food sa canteen ng Toyota Plaridel)

Ang bill… P10,332.82!!!!
Pero nung nagbabayad na ko sa cashier aba biglang lumapit sa akin ang isang staff and her name is Nicole daw. She told me na parang I won as customer of the day ek ek ek at may datung na 4k as price. When I asked bakit ako she said nagbibigay daw talaga sila nang prize sa mga customers na nagkaroon ng issue tapos after a while ay bumalik ulit. Really!!!???
So siyempre tatanggihan ko ba ang datung??? Tinanggap ko na rin sayang naman ang 4 kiaw. After that nagphoto ops with some customer relations officers.
Naks in fairness ume-effort. Although di naman totally mababalik ang nawalang tiwala nang 4kiaw salamat na rin kasi nakita ko yung effort. Salamat Toyota Marilao!
Malay ninyo sa 80k km PMS sa inyo ulit ako magpa sched. Pero sana next time may Coca Cola na.. Chos!
