The night before our flight back to the Philippines, church mates from I Am Redeemer and Master (IRM) Evangelical Church Hong Kong (IRM Global Hongkong) hosted a hot pot dinner for us. I was so happy meeting them and was so touched by their love and generosity. Thank you so much. God bless all of you.

In preparation for our hot pot dinner, I accompanied ate Tere to the market to buy our hot pot ingredients. Good thing the market was just a few blocks away from the Church. I enjoyed walking in the cold windy busy street of Shek Tong Tsui 🙂
Bought the following veggies
Fruits
the hot pot essentials
all set for the feast
thank you LORD!
Shek Tong Tsui, Hong Kong/December 2017
Medyo malungkot ako kasi first Christmas namin ito without Mommy. But of course kahit ano pa ang sitwasyon we have to celebrate the birthday of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
We chose not to prepare yung usual na handa sa pasko (like spaghetti, cake, ice cream, etcetera) but instead nag-hot pot kami. We bought squid balls, lobster balls, kikiam, fish pudding, crab sticks, egg noodles, mushrooms, yellow corn, baby potatoes, bacon, hot pot sauce and lots of green leafy vegetables. I also bought my favorite Dae Jang Gum kimchi 🙂
Pero hindi pa rin nawala ang favorite na hotdog at ham….
On December 25, we spent Christmas with Daddy, Mommy, Gwamah and Gwakong sa memorial park
Habang lumulubog ang araw…i can’t help but cry and feel God’s embrace….
Kahit anumang panahon o okasyon….His love is present….
May lungkot man ang pasko sa aking puso….may reason pa rin para maging masaya…
Happy Birthday Jesus. I love you.
